High Molecular Filtration Reducer TF FL WH-1

Introduction

TF TL WH-1 is a water-solube,high-molecular-weight copolymer additive to reduce fluid loss in a wide range of water-base working fluids,which is designed by the concept of molecular structure.The product is synthesized by optimization of temperature resistant monomers such as acrylamide,AMPS,crylic acid and generated by free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution and then crosslinked with relevant crosslinker.AMPS has strong anionic structure with high stability can improve the rigidity of the molecule for the copolymer, thereby enhancing the abilities of temperature resistance , salt tolerance and shear resistance greatly,which is a innovative polymer filtration reducer.

 Application

With the development of petroleum industry, Oil&Gas exploration presents on trends in deep or super-deep wells,which puts forward more requests on thermal stability of drilling muds.And most current polymer filtration reducers are straight chain structure,sedimentation occurs after high temperature aging,which lower the performance of the system and cannot be applied into the treatments. The structure of TF TL WH-1 has a number of branched-chain making up for the deficiency of the traditional synthetic products.TF TL WH-1 is an effective additive for high-salinity brine in deep and super-deep wells ,and it also used as viscosifer and filtration reducer in low-solid or non-solid completion fluids.

Packaging and Storage

TF TL WH-1 is pecked in 25 kg multi-wall,paper sacks.

Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.
